WHAT: Lyon Air Museum will host a summer vehicle exhibit showcasing six iconic American Classic automobiles. The exhibit, featuring rare vehicles from the Art Deco period will carry on Lyon Air Museum’s reputation for displaying fine, vintage cars alongside historic aircraft. Such vehicles were often the choice of movie stars, captains of industry, presidents and gangsters, all high achievers who appreciated the style and elegance embodied in these magnificent vehicles. Following past popular exhibitions that brought in iconic vehicles such as seven exclusive Packards and ten impeccable classic Duesenbergs, this year’s exhibition lineup is highly anticipated. This year’s exhibit will run through August 4, 2014.
Beginning Monday, June 30, Media is invited to take a special advance look at the American Classic Automobile Exhibit. The exhibit will run July 1 – August 4th, 2014 at the museum located on the west side of John Wayne Airport in Orange County.

Hours of operation are daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission rates: General admission–$12; Seniors and Veterans–$9; Ages 5-17–$6; Under age 5–Free. Groups of 10 or more–$1 off each visitor. Pre-arranged school groups–Free.
